Return and Refund Policy - 369 SKYN
We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery for eligible products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Requesting a return
Before sending any item back, email hello.369bella@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the authorized return destination. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Personal care products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us if you have a concern so we can review the specific circumstances.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos when applicable so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved preference-based returns. If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will provide the appropriate return or replacement instructions. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue resulted from our error.
Refunds
After an eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process an approved refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post it.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If a return is approved, you may place a separate order for the desired item.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, items marked final sale, and opened or used personal care products are not returnable except where required by law or when an item is confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect.
