We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are typically prepared within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. High-volume launches, holidays, or carrier disruptions may require additional time.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $8 for orders under $70.
- Complimentary standard shipping: orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15 when available at checkout.
The shipping rate and delivery option displayed at checkout before payment are the controlling terms for that order.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, carrier operations, or other events outside our control may occur.
Shipping addresses
Please review your shipping address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun, and customers are responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.
Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders
If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos when applicable. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
International shipping
International checkout is not currently available. We will announce expanded shipping availability when it is operationally ready.
